Equipment
Our stations are fully equipped with three high-pressure cleaning stations per bay, to
quickly and efficiently clean and dry your liquid or dry bulk tankers.
High pressure hot water cleaning using rigid jet lances to thoroughly clean the interior of compartment. We have orbital jetting devices (spin-jet)
to utilize for liquid tanks if you prefer.
Directional high-pressure jetting of all effluent pipes, including the cyclonic filter (dry bulk), back
to the main rear valve.
We utilize positive and negative pressure air systems, ambient air blowers, personal
monitors, fall arrest equipment.
The cleaning apparatus for a liquid tank comprises a rotatingly driven hollow shaft extending downward in the
tank, stirring paddles mounted on the shaft and extending radially from the shaft for applying a
pressurised cleaning fluid into the upper end of the hollow shaft. The spray
nozzles are directed radially outward and upward over the front and back sides of each of the stirring paddles
such that the front and back sides of the paddles and the inside of the tank are cleaned by the cleaning
liquid as the shaft is rotated.
